Welcome Stefano

Stefano Moret is joining the EPSE Group as a Senior Scientist and Principal Investigator of the RIMES (Robust Integrated Modeling for Energy and Engineering Systems) project. Stefano will lead an independent research group funded by a prestigious 4-year Ambizione grant awarded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).

Stefano's research focuses on the consideration of uncertainty in energy systems planning and strategic decision-making. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padova (Italy) and PhD in Energy from EPFL. Before joining ETH Zurich, he was a SNSF Early Postdoc Mobility Fellow and Research Associate at Imperial College London.
